RETURNS & EXCHANGE: All merchandise has to be return to our Wearhouse and after inspect the merchandise by our Wearhouse facility money will be refund to customer.

All sales are final and no return excepted unless damage item which has to report to ups and shipping company. Only store credit will be issue.

All item had been purchase with free shipping customer will pay for shipping charges(shipping discount) at the time of return and shipping charge will be deducted from total of items return.



Customer is responsible for all stop and dispute credit card charges unless it is an error from the merchant. Customer will be charged a $70.00 processing fee plus a $250.00 collection fee. Customer will have to send back the item (for any reason: error, wrong merchandise, damage) by calling for a RMA # before any action can be taken.

We do not accept returns on any moulding cut for shipping (any moulding smaller than 8'), custom order of moldings, frames, all mats (whether custom or standard), acrylic furniture, and Zbar carpet hanger cut sizes less than 72", unless the product was damaged during shipping. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Authorization for credit or the return of a defective or incorrectly shipped product must be phoned, faxed or written in to CARINA PICTURE FRAME INC. Service/sales dept. Within 15 days of receiving of merchandise. Please specify your invoice # when contacting. All items returned must be in the item's original box or the return will not be accepted. Any damage during the return of an item is the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGE: Report a damaged package if your package was damaged in transit. If the damage is confirmed by UPS, the shipper can file a claim for a repair or replacement of the package contents up to the declared value. You must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) Once you receive the RMA #, you may send the product back to us at your expense (You are Not Authorized to use our shipping #). We will send you a replacement at our expense. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 15 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. We don't except return and damage file after 15 days of receiving package. Moulding damage only will replace in 15 days period filed. after 15 days of receiving absolutely no refund and replacement..

Returns made to any other address may not be refunded and could result in additional fees. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package Notice: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered; it is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse.

REFUSED DELIVERY: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling. You will be subjected to an 18% restocking fee with RMA#. refuse item by customer with out RMA # will be subject to 40% fee charge.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE POLICY: Due to the heavy weight of products, we ship by UPS, DHL, and USPS. All products are 100% insured by UPS and DHL, Base Shipping and processing cost is calculated at $7.99 for CA and $8.99 for all other states. The processing fee is already included in shipping price on the invoice. If there is an error on the shipping address or phone number the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. For all heavy and over sized items, shipping will be recalculated at the time of shipping and we will add or deduct the shipping charge.
